Scholz Mobility Return Policy

We will support you and your dealership on returns. Please contact us should you not be clear on any of these below.

Sim Cards– All sim cards can be returned after 14 days of purchase by the Dealer unless they have been activated.
In this case there would be no refund unless client is extremely unhappy and was not able to use the service. This would need to be confirmed by the carrier sim and they need to be contacted directly.

Hardware– Can be returned after 14 days if there was a major issue or warranty defect. There are no returns on physical damage.
You must collect both the phone and sim card in order to ship back to us.Should you not collect sim card then only refund for phone -(minus) sim card retail price.

In order to receive a replacement unit you must first ship back the product to us. The cost of shipping would be paid by the dealer. Scholz mobility will pay for shipment of replacement back to the dealer. You will also need to fill out an RMA return form when you ship.
